Wow are they really? (I don’t know if the “lol jk” was about the end of that comment or that they’re 18.5). If so, that really gives a me a different perspective on what it takes to have over 18" lean arms.

17 and 1/4 today after my back bi workout (pumped obviously)… hopefully in a month or two I’ll be able to post a pic in here

thanks bro, still have a little more to loose, then clean bulking back up…I would love to weigh a relatively lean 270-280 in the next couple of years.

Thanks guys, I definitely see improvements from when I started this thread and it’s nice to look back and see how far you’ve come.

Well, I’ve finally hit 18" arms. It seems like i’m so freaking small compared to everyone else on here that has achieved 18’s. I’m 5’9" 210lbs. I’ve never actually had a dedicated arm day before, and i very rarely work biceps at all. I’m pretty certain in order for me to reach 19’s that i’m going to need to add in some more bicep and tricep work.
