Bump. I was having a hard time taping and taking a pic. I have never measured my arms “pumped” I am interested to see the difference I would guess at least 1".

Damn, I’m not curling anywhere near as much. I think for that rep range my best on the preacher curl was 90x12.

EDIT: just checked my workout log, it was by 10 not 12.
