King just curious as to how long it took you to build up those awesome arms of yours?

Hmm, I’d say just over 4 years to get from 11-12" to this.
I gotta say once I learned to get my shit together, the first 2 years or so gains started happening much faster.

Kind of liked this one.

Double post

I’m in. Haven’t been able to do any heavy curls for months know due to ridiculous forearm pain, bicep tendinitis maybe??? I have always had decent arm size though but not great definition

Just wondering why no one else has called this out as a troll? This is clearly a blatant troll, I have never and will never see a worse troll in my whole lifetime. I would rather be peeling my dick with a potato peeler than wasting my time reading this blatant troll which aims to insight anger.
lol who is this jack-ass deymelec? girl, get a life…

Nice.

Leaned up quite a bit, but the arms have actually grown a little. Just a tad under 19, can’t wait to enter the 19 inch arm club.
Arms going up while leaning down… damn good stuff big man

That is some serious progress. Forearms are looking thick too. What’s your weight at now?
interesting. proportions and shape are sooo important. my surgical arm(the one without a triceps, lol) is 18 cold flexed, and my “good” arm is 18.5" cold flexed, and i dont feel like i have large arms at all. but a buddy of mine who is 6’3" 290lbs( i am 5’6" 240) to me has freaking HUGE arms, but when i had him measure them they were “only” 18". i guess no having a big gut like me helps.
same thing, some of the pics posted on this thread, the arms look HUGE, but others dont seem that impressive to me. but actually they all are about the same size.
A_B
Congrats on your gains. I remember seeing some of your posts a long while back and you are moving at light speed. What does your training and diet look like? traditional split, 5/3/1/, DC or some unique A_B stuff?

Phil heath looked to be about 250lbs at the last Olympia…but I just read in MD that he was only around 225lbs.
So much of how you look rides on the shape and length of muscle bellies and joints that the measurement itself is never enough.
18" arms are generally indicative of someone who trains at least somewhat seriously, however, which is why getting to certain measurements can still be important.
