good god kingbeef your biceps are ridiculous. Good work.

Out of curiosity, what types of numbers are you putting up on bicep movements?

Thanks. 65’s for reps on hammer curls and 135x3 is the most I’ve done on barbell curls. Sadly, my #'s aren’t as high as people think, which I like to blame the bio-mechanics of my ridiculously long arms for, lol.

Forgot to mention those #'s are after doing 3 back exercises. Pull ups, pulldowns, barbell rows, etc… So maybe they’d be a bit higher if I did arms fresh.

Good job, brother. It’s about time. You are one of the guys I expect the most from in the long run.

Kingbeef how old are you and great job. I was curling 155 x 9 as of yesterday and your arms awesome. Didn’t realize how much leverages could affect numbers.

…which is why I now do arms on their own day and why I insisted you may be at a stage where it is time to ask if what you are doing is working the best for you.

I started lifting training back and biceps on the same day.

Interesting. My back workouts have taken on a life of their own and I’m moving some half decent numbers (for me). Recently PR’d with DB rows @ 150x25, etc. For the past couple months, I’ve not had much energy for biceps and have just done a couple sets, non maximal, opting to do them on their own day (with triceps if I think I need to that week).

Tonight was one of those nights of all biceps, and wow, I was feeling it. Who says you can’t drench a shirt in sweat doing just biceps?

Damn, why you gotta put all that pressure on me, lol.

I’m 23 and I’ve been blessed with a very short torso and long ass limbs, lol. I’ve come to accept it. Lately I’ve been wondering if that’s why I feel I don’t look like I weigh as much as I do. Or if it’s just in my head to see myself as small because I’ve been small most of my life.

Oh, and focus on your back and traps more. Not only do you just need more mass back there, but that will help you look more filled out and eliminate your concern.

Pfft, it’s because he’s black.

Very cool and motivating thread.
And I’m 25+.

My younger brother needs to see this.

@kingbeef323

Daaaaaaaamn. Nice.

Awesome job. That’s got to be one of the most impressive biceps in this thread.

Haha, thanks guys.

Very nice bro. Once you’re back and chest get thicker, you will stop seeing yourself as small. Keep it up dude, looking good.

I can’t get the thought of being the biggest strongest most bad ass person ever out of my head. Damn, I’m full of energy, driven, I just need to write it down or I feel my head will explode lmao.
