You do know most bodybuilders today don’t deadlift… or sometimes even bench. There is a major risk for injury with those kinds of lifts. If they do, it is usually very light. How do you think those huge guys end up in the hospital with pec tears and fucked up tendons.
Bodybuilding don’t bench or Deadlift because they use steroid, they don’t have to build strenght and increase big lift to get bigger, they just need to do fucking light weight pump and they grow. How do i think they end up in the hospital with pec tears and fucked up tendons, still because of the steroid, it sores tendons…
Yes, if you are natural you do need to incorporate volume as well as strength in your lifts. I’m just saying I don’t deadlift because it just doesn’t work for me. I don’t personally care to. I don’t want to risk injury and I feel I can get just as much without it. That’s just what I figured out throughout my years of training… might not be the same for others. I’m not saying that I don’t go heavy anymore. I still put up a decent amount of weight. I just don’t max out. I don’t feel a need.
your years of training ? bro your 18 years old, you didn’t push your body to his limits and you want to start gear…push your body, increase your squat, bench , DL, Shoulder press, dips, chin up and then at 25 years old think about gear but not before
5ft 11 170lbs isnt giant man.Im 16 with 174lb Bw at 5ft 8 and im still barely over average(im not over 14 percent bodyfat either). There are seniors at my school who lift that are crazy low bodyfat and at 180+ pounds. One is a soccer player too which makes it harder for him to build muscle and bulk since he can gain alot of fat.None of them are taking anything either.Look up ryan dengler on youtube. He graduated from my school last year and he was pretty big.6ft 2 and 220lbs.He did a show this year before he was 19.
Off the top of my head all those guy I mentioned managed to make it to the pro level and then on to the Olympia level with no major injuries. The injuries came when they were top ten in the world in their sport and light years ahead of you in terms of strength and development.
Anyway dont want to argue, my point is you are still small and weak in terms of serious lifting, loads of room for natural progress
Yes and your point is what? You don’t think I know what I’m talking about when it comes to my body? Yes I know I have much more time to grow and learn. But I can say I have been training for years because I have. I started lifting around 4 or 5 years ago. Never got extremely serious until about 3 years ago. And I was hooked. If I wasn’t at the gym, I was watching videos about it, reading about it, and doing everything I can to learn as much as possible. I still am to this day. So yes, I might be young but I do have decent bit of knowledge about this kind of stuff. And like I have said before, I’m not just pumping my body full of roids just to get big. I have a purpose. I believe that no one should really do AAS unless they have a good reason for it. Like in my case, can help me with my future goals and actually with my career choice.
Yes, they didn’t have injuries yet because they were still younger and their body was still able to support it. Even if they didn’t manage to come close to the olympia stage, they still would have had those major injuries from just training that hard. And on top of that, I don’t want to get that big in the first place. I don’t want to compete in mens bb. My physique fits more with another class.
Why are you arguing with people on the internet when you could be out there taking the drugs you need to meet your goals? Why listen to the naysayers who merely try to bring you down with anecdote upon anecdote or the witchcraft known as endocrinology? It makes no sense to anyone serious about taking the drugs they need to get the gains they want.
You can be one of the great ones. Hundreds… No… Thousands of likes on instagram. Free supplements made in China. Countless T-shirts made in other Asian countries. Hashtags. Shallow women. All this and more can be yours.
Take the drugs and don’t look back.
