I’m 18 years and have been training for about 3 years.
I’m on a diet and I’ve lost about 22 lbs (222,6 lbs to 202 lbs).
My best lifts:
Deadlift: 2x 396 lbs (workout)
Squat: 6x 374 lbs
Benchpress: 2x 253 lbs
(No, my thighs are not that short and this is an old pic)

Great job on losing weight. However it’s hard to tell that you lifted for 3 years bro.
