Absolutely I am taking this from a gluttonous american over eating perspective. Over 40% of us are obese. We … just… can’t… stop… stuffing… our … pie … holes.
actually yes, 100%. America, land of the free, home of land-whales.
The vast majority of Americans don’t need more junk food to fill their diet. The good news is that these tubby little fucks are solving the pension crisis.
Isnt body building for the most part, only a first world hobby? I mean between the equipment, food, and spare time it seems like it would be a luxury. I’m not being sarcastic, true question for thought.
Haha thanks for the laugh guys.
In actuality, Europe is getting pretty big too, especially England I think, but we are not reaching near the dimensions of America ![]()
But everything in America is bigger, your streets, your cars, your dreams and your kids
Yea, i guess that is the difference when i say - just eat whatever. Maybe in my country no one can afford so much anyway, so “whatever you want and as much as you want” ends up being better that average american? Maybe.
My answer above applies to this also in a way.
I agree. I said that junk food is ok going by the fact that i probably cant afford it so much that it would make me actually sick, so when i say - eat whatever and as much as you want, i probably doesnt apply to people who can afford it more than i do, haha.

These are facts
Have you tried weight lifting?
Im always amazed how that just gets glossed right over.
Gonna just have to go with no.
Add this to what ever you already eat.
Anabolic as f*ck bro.
Let us know how it goes.
and adding to rising healthcare costs…
Junk food and stuff like McDonalds is so expensive in Germany that no one in their right mind would it eat on the regular. A Big Mac is 6€ nowadays, 6,50$. Pizzas are 10€. That’s ridiculous. Reason why I cook so much is because it’s way cheaper (and healthier anyways in the long run). But it costs me so much time, that’s why I would love to eat out more.
When I was in America and went to jack in the box, I paid like 2,00$ for a relatively nice burger. It was in a more expensive city, so I guess if I was in merica, I’d eat more junk too.
Id be fat as shit if i was in America… and happy. And lazy. Haha.
Did the OP lay out his training plan anywhere in these posts?
I followed PPL program
Let’s try again: What are your numbers on the main lifts? How many days a week do you train? How much sleep are you getting?
Very good I’m sure. Like, sixtweendyhundredsomething.
Big. Big numbers.
With Tren, I expect this number to be lower than his answer to the question before this one:
I train 6 dys a week
How’s your program structured?
I think your problem only lies in your diet but your workouts should be focused on the right things too. Most people get the workouts somewhat right but struggle dieting correctly. Most eat too little too gain and too much to lose weight.
I bet if you just up the calories to 3500 for 2 weeks, you will see more gains than you did in months.
Thnks for your response man i really appreciate your help
As per your advice i m slowing getting my calories in currently i m in 3000
Nd from nxt week i will be in 3500🙂
Great man. Make those gains brother.
Since you don’t want to lay out your full plan, I hope you are also focusing on key lifts. Which key lifts you choose is depending on your preference, but please don’t do 3 biceps exercises 3 times per week. Focus on getting stronger in compound lifts. It doesn’t have to be the squat and bench, but choose big lifts where you can adequately judge progress. Everything else like biceps, triceps, machines and cables is nice to incorporate but not where you get the most gains.
I’m anticipating the incoming body part bro-split with arms 2x per week tbh. Maybe I’m wrong tho
