I don’t give dosage advice but I will tell you that you don’t need more. Test P is stronger than Test C or E due to the ester weight and you are right where most people start. Most people however don’t use Tren as a first, second, or even third compound. If you tolerate it though and want to risk your health thats on you. Your biggest hurdle here is not the drugs its the nutrition.
There’s this new compound that helps a lot for making gainz: “dihydrogen monoxide”.

I researched and everyone is recommending test p 300-500mg per week and tren a not more than 200mg per week

At 5’11 you need ZERO gear to get up to 200lbs. You need to double your training intensity for your big lift of the day and eat more. A lot more, occasional junk even. If reeealy must roid up go down to TRT levels.

I kinda think that as long as it isn’t straight up trash food that nobody should eat (soda, desserts in high quantities), and stuff like double cheeseburgers, burritos, etc, that one should eat what they need to of those food to meet their gaining goals. Not as optimal as prepped meals, that are of the bodybuilding type, but if you are trying to gain a lb a week, and not doing so, stopping by Wendy’s for a double cheeseburger and chili isn’t the worst idea.
The only way i can gain weight is when i go for the worst food possible i can find. Even when i buy meats, i look for the highest fat and calorie pork, etc and i flush it down with soda, and eat a lot of candy on top, haha ![]()

If I was your coach I’d tell you to stop your cycle NOW and start PCT at the proper time and circle back around in several months when your diet and training is better on point.
