I would try doing them vertically as opposed to horizontally to start.

LOL, but true, we find it hard to help when we get neck crinks trying to look at your video. Post one up that is in a normal viewing section.

For what its worth, the weight looks easy, speed good, but bar too high on your neck.

You’re squatting 170kg x2 6 months after you startd training?

They look ok, but I think that your bar position is way too high. If you ever fail and come forward the bar is going to chop your head off.

i dont know how to change the movie , and yes i start lifting
6 month ago , this is not my max squat i can do 185 for 1 rep. where should i put the bar ? .

Lower on your traps, with more bar on your body instead of just a small amount resting on your neck. He’s not kidding about what can happen to you should you need to bail out. When you squat, push your chest out also, it prevents you from wanting to bend at the waist, and helps keep the weight back off of your knees.

Wow!! You must be extremely gifted. 185 is crazy for only 6 months of lifting.

looks solid to me
keep it up

This would be true if he is performing a powerlifting style back squat. However, judging from the video, he is performing an ATG oly back squat.

This style of squat is performed with the bar in a high position and sitting down between the legs instead of sitting back. Also, this type of squat is performed with a narrower stance than a PL style squat. If he is going for oly style, he needs to sit down more between his legs and keep his chest out more. If not, then he is doing a whole host of things wrong.
