17 Yrs Old, Training 2 and a Half Years

I’m 17 and half at 5’8.5" and 160 pounds
at 8 % body fat. I been training for 2 and half years.

Solid work so far. Definitely seems like you’re putting your teen years to good use. That’s the time most of us wish we could go back to to train better, because it can either be wasted or seriously maximized.
