personally I think he has pretty good attitude considering he has responded in good humour most of the time despite the childish shit being flung at him.
to the OP, you are definitely making good progress. You already look better and are stronger than most posters here. Just keep it up and avoid injuries and by the time you are in your twenties you will definitely be doing well, both in terms of physique and strength/athletics.
as for the old man comments; the combination of a small low res picture + a shaved head + a bright light right above the subject will make anyone look older in a photo.
