As for the Original Poster… whats your nutrition like these days ?
It’s nothing special.
Got the 3 main meals,breakfast, dinner and tea. With whatever snacks in between. I try to get quite abit of milk in me, nothing is really a set diet.
So typical breakfast looks like porridge/ or something like weetabix.
Dinner depends on if I’m at college, or at home, so typical is sandwiches and some more stuff.
Tea is whatever my mum makes.
I take MyProtein weight gainer in the morning and after training. I’m aiming to get to a solid 13 stone, and then push on from there.
I take maximuscle creatamax 300 (creatine) with the weight gainer as well.

If you want a snack idea do what i do in college.
8 hard boiled eggs
Bag filled with almonds/hazelnuts/macademia etc etc
4 scoops of protein with 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter, and 2 tablespoons Olive Oil in a shaker bottle.
Eat/ Drink it whenever i want.
Good amount of protein and good fats there ![]()
Be a bit more carefull of your nutrition !

Think of where you could go with even more protein ![]()
Your best aiming for 1.5g per kg of lean body mass… ie your mass minus your bodyfat.
If your not getting that… your short changing yourself.

Well do what i did, do some odd jobs round the house cut the grass whatever an extra 10 quid a week = alot of tescos eggs and nuts !
Good work for 17. I’d stuff your face for the next couple of years while you’re still growing and try and increase your height and you’ll look monstrous at 21.
Myprotein is good stuff isn’t it, consider looking into their creatine EE, for me its way better than maximuscle( and cheaper).

Sadly I can’t see my height increasing, been this height since about 14/15, same happened with my brother, at school I was one of the tallest in my year for a bit, and then everyone else catches up and I go nowhere lol.

Ye I like myprotein, I’ll have a look at the creatine there as well, give it a go once this one’s done.
I’m looking at going into a bodypart split,or a more traditional bodbybuilding split.
I think I could get great results seen as though I’ve never done it, but I also don’t wanna kill myself and lose speed etc.

I get really confused sometimes between lbs and kgs sometimes i forget to switch them forward and back !
I will post a couple of pictures later.
I’ve been thinking about training more like a BB instead of sport-specific.
If I did shoulders and biceps would need to come up, I don’t train these much directly at the moment.
Also some overall mass, and upper chest work.
