This is being really knitpicky but if I had to criticize, I’d say you just need some more overall size. Again, I think you look good especially for 17. I wish I looked that big at 17 so good job though. I’m giving you a 5.

As regards to De Franco training which template are you using at the moment ??
Nice job on the 80kg at 17 though its the norm around where i live… im 24 and am at 123-125kgs as you say making a living off your body would be cool though im nearly a qualified nutritionist ![]()
If you need any help/advice or anything dont hesitate to ask, theres a small amount of Brits on here who would help no bother ![]()

And in closing, in getting bigger well FOOD is needed, your 17 you can eat whatever the fuck you want mate and still grow so how good you being to the old lade xD

Cheers mate, ye 80kgs is nothing huge at all, but the world would be strange if everyone was walking around at a ripped 200lbs.
But ye, I could afford to add some weight, hopefully get another 7lbs on soonish.
My general week is:
Mon- Max effort upper
Wed- Max Effort lower
Fri- Rep Upper
Sunday- Football
On other days find time to sprint, so my sports are 60m-100m and football.
My diet is really nothing special, I think all the extra college fitness as well as my other training, and my metabolism helps keep me lean.
I just pretty much eat whatever I see!
Have a solid breakfast, dinner and tea, and eat stuff around each meal as well.

I’d give you a solid 6 (…if you weighed 90-95 kg then probably 8-9).
Regardless keep up the hard work. Eat a lot (more than you are now) and focus on getting stronger and you’ll grow without a doubt.

As for your nutrition, well heres some simple tips:
Get BAGS of nuts almonds, hazelnuts etc etc eat em throughout the day … will do your good fat levels the world of good.
In school hard boiled eggs will be your savior ![]()
For breakfast depending on how good you been try eat:
Handfull of Nuts and8oz of any meat
or if your mother just aint doing that turn to a tin of tuna…
- if thats a no go then 5 eggs and banana and orange
1st meal after breakfast: (presume your still in school ?)
Again handfull of a different nuts
Another pint of milk
Big break you get an hr or 1/2 hr ?
1 breast of chicken/1 tin of tuna
apple and banana
Small break again
1 orange
1 pint of milk
Pre workout
1 pint of milk (bout 1/2 hr beforehand)
Post workout (if no protein shake)
Chocolate Milk
As soon as you get home
Presume your mother does the dinner for this meal ?
Before Bed
1/2 tub of tescos cottage cheese
1 Spoon Natural Peanut Butter
This used to add up to around 40 quit a week for me when i was younger ![]()
SSoooooo you may need to do some things round the house, like i offered to cut the grass etc etc just prove your not dicking round and your old lade should be ok with buying a small bit of more food.

I’m sure I can get my hands on simple stuff like cottage cheese and nuts.
Ye I’m at college now, I have a little bit of money, so I do get to order some supplements,some.
