I was just wondering what you thought of this video?
It was my first time doing low bar and 99% of my training is done with high bar squat
Just wondered if anyone had any advice or tips?

My only criticism is: Please use a spotter next time. You were a bit wobbly a couple times during the setup and lift, and things could easily have gone very wrong. You have a great strength base for your age, so don’t waste it with preventable injuries. Take it from someone who had to retire from powerlifting at age 17 – you’re much better off planning for the long haul so that you can enjoy it for many years.
Amazing its kids like you who make me wanna lift even harder. Im 24 and couldnt hit that right now with a rocket up my ass. Remember to train smart and stay injury free youve got some serious potential my friend.
