No but I shall have a look into it. What was the formula you attached?

As a lifter who has never used PEDs, but know people who have/are, I would say that there should be a 25 year age limit for using test, and it should never, ever, ever taken lightly. Consider the cost/benefits carefully.
Train hard and wait for some years. You can always use the test card later and break bigger records in other podiums, if you really want.
Just my 2cents.
Oh sorry, post was meant for OP, not to you Marine.
What’s the record you have to break in 14 weeks?
And what is the most you can weigh and still be in the weight class you are attempting the record?
There is no way you can foresee what shit hitting the fan feels like on (or off) testosterone. Your age, reasoning and (meaningless) goal tells me you are not prepared for things going wrong.
I am more than double your age, and weigh 225 lbs at a similar bodyfat as you, outlifting you in every aspect - Being a natty my entire lifting journey. It is challenging to become strong and look like you lift, but it’s an ongoing journey (learning curve). You need to develop the skills on how to make your body respond, by adapting strategies you learn along the way. Also balancing intensity, volume and frequency along with your genetics.
I recommend you connect with the local powerlifting club in order to fix your lifts and develop greater strength. Also, check out @davemccright training log here on Tnation for inspiration.
Do you have any idea what true anxiety feels like? This is what can happen when you’re messing with your hormones. Next up you will stop training and develop a reactive depression. Are you willing to bet you’re not going to be affected? You’re just not listening…
135kg for 3
Well it’s just the most that’s been benched by someone in my schools history so there is no weight class.
So how do you break the record:
135kg for 4 reps
or, 135kg plus some amount of added weight for 3 reps?
BTW, what are the rules to make a legal lift? How many judges?
How qualified are the judges?
I will give you some perspective that I’ve built over the years. I started lifting at the age of 12, in addition to wrestling and had built a really solid physique by the age of 17 in 2013(about 175 at 5’10” and a half):
I thought that I knew all there is to know about training and diet. The problem is, my own arrogance and therefore, ignorance held me plateaued to this same level of physique for years. Getting into personal training and getting my brother into training encouraged me to broaden my horizons. I learned about Mike Mentzer and High Intensity Training and the value of Training to failure and progressive overload. Two aspects I neglected for years. I also had been cautious to really begin a bulk because I didn’t want to lose my abs.
This was me at 24 in 2020 at 174 pounds at about 6’0 and a half(I grew a little taller between the ages of 18 and 21):
I had previously thought I reached my “Natty limit”. I committed myself to a two year bulk where I ran a bunch of different training programs with the purpose of building muscle and strength. I slowly added calories and trained as hard as I could, pushing sets to failure, seeking progression every single time I was in the gym. I got up to 232 pounds before I eventually cut down to 203 and now I’m back up to about 210 and just gaining slowly.
So fast forward to 2025 and this is where I am at 210:
Hopefully you’ll see me in 10 years and we’ll both be leaps and bounds better than we are now. The point of all of this is, you do not know ass much as you think that you do. There’s still so much to learn about diet and training, so many more years to give to this. It takes time to see the results your after. There are so many revelations I’ve made in the last few years and I’m not done learning yet. You still have a lot of natural gains to make, you just need to put in the years and the intensity to get there. Don’t ruin your health and your lifespan with a short-sighted decision in the name of vanity. I’m here and the other members of T-Nation are here to help with any questions or guidance. I wish you all the best my brother.
Can confirm, his log is so good and I can never stalk it without immediately wanting to go lift. I program my workouts slightly differently but everything he runs is really solid.
I feel like this is pretty good evidence that you should at least have a fully formed pre-frontal cortex before you decide to start manipulating your endocrine system.
Politics in the pharma forum???
I kid, therefore I kid, and I could not resist LOL.
I actually don’t get it, but I’m most likely slow.
Maybe something to do with changing genders?
Op, I was once a 6’4” 230lb D1 college baseball player. I nearly jumped into steroids, I didn’t. 6 months later I went blind and didn’t touch a baseball for 6 years. Once my eyes were fixed, I didn’t care anymore. Was married, had a career, now kids. I don’t even think about my HS records. I live 2,000 miles away and no one calls me or asks about what I accomplished. Just some guy who had X batting average and Y home runs in his HS career.
Yep. Children, not even teenagers, allowed to make the decision of going beyond just manipulation.
Remember when we had stickies? This post should be a sticky.
I don’t really know how to get this across to you guys but my school isn’t like other schools. It’s not like you do something big in our school and then once you leave it’s forgotten. My school is a community, very prestigious, there are reunions every few years after you leave, former pupils are often called in to have talks about things and people stay in touch. Holding a record like that is something very big where I’m from, and people don’t forget it. That’s why I want to get this record because it’s something that will genuinely last forever within my community.
