So maybe you wanna post a pic or something in the 20" arms thread and stop picking on us little folk?

Way to cast your shadow all over my little proud moment…

…douche. ;D

Ever since I dislocated my elbow I dropped almost a full inch off my arms. They were pushing 18, now barely breaking 17. :frowning:

But I’m heavier and leaner than I was at the beginning of the year scratches head

How much leaner? I lost almost an inch on my last recomp, going from almost 17 back down to 16. Of course, I had to stop training for almost a month because of sickness, too.

I’m now almost as heavy, a bit leaner than I was, and arms are bigger. You’ll make a quick comeback as soon as you can hit it full force again.

This was back in February and I’m pretty much further ahead than I was. A lot of it probably has to do with that fact I don’t really train arms directly anymore, just thought it would of gotten closer to 18 than it has. Can’t say how much leaner I am but at 217 I have abs poking through marginally which I didn’t last time I was at this weight. Arms usually don’t shrink too much on a recomp because I don’t store much body fat there.

I started training tri’s after chest, bi’s after back, and then both again after legs. I’ve put an inch on them since January.

I’m doing Elbows-Out Triceps Extensions for 3x5-8 reps and then Reverse-Grip Pressdowns for 3x10-12 after chest, and then on back day I do Pinwheels for 3x5-8 and Wide Grip Barbell Curls for 3x10-12.

After legs, I do this: http://www.T-Nation.com/strength-training-topics/1110
