I’ve never been lean, in fact, I am at my leanest ever. I’m currently focusing on getting PRs every training and keeping my diet almost the same, not increasing calories anymore. As far as “clean eating” 6 meals beef/eggs/fish/peanut butter, 3 first meal I have oatmeal with it. Nothing fancy but no crap either. Thanks for caring, like I said before next July they will be 18" and I will be in “better shape”. Just hit over 17 inches today at 6’2, around 230lbs.
Arms are one of my weakest bodyparts, along with shoulders and back width. But I specialization on triceps has increased them by 1.5 inches in the last 4-5 months!
Also…I started at a weight of around 150 or so, so I’m pretty happy with where I am right now. Though still striving for more.

hi there austin. how long you looking to set the 18 inch milestone for? im 17 inch flexed just got back into the gym 2 months ago but put over an inch on arms in that time. now my goal is 18 and have set my goal for january. also i would like to no what supplements you are taking?

unfortunatly this statement is wrong… i gained a inch and a half to get to 17 cold flexed. and thats using creatine carbs and proteind shakes. and training heavy… steroids and the answer to every person with arms past 17. it bugs me, people do not have a clue…

I used water and orange juice to get me from 10-11" where I became a victim of the “Adult Male Global Average Arm Size Plateau”.
I added rose hips and cheese and that push me to 12.5" cold.
From there, I added leg extensions and Nutella, but only every 3 days for the Nutella-- next thing I know I 'sploded to 13" COLD!!!
Now Ima add a banana and epsom salt baths.

It took me DECADES to get past the AMGAASP. Everyone kept asking me, “don’t you think 12” arms will be too freakish to hold down a job", and I said “Nay!”. I kept forcing down orange juice and water until they reached a massive and unsettling TWELVE AND A HALF INCHES.
