That’s an amazing peak bwhitwell. Nice horseshoe as well. Your many years of hard work paid off well.
Thanks. It is a gift and a curse. My arms were ahead of my torso from the start with very little direct work. Being arm dominant makes it difficult to stimulate my chest and back[/quote]
I can definitely relate.
I just hit 16" last week . Arms still look sucky. Course I’m at 20% BF, so that’s not helping much.
my left arm just hit 16’‘, my right arm hit 15’’
i am 6’5’’ and i hate my appendages.

Yeah, that’ll get him to 17 inches.
/sarcasm.
I know guys who never diet and have 20" arms so I guess you’re right Bob Saget.
Yes and there are tons of obese people with 25"+ arms as well.
I’m not sure what either of you are getting at. JF is not some obese guy with big arms, he’s a weight lifter looking for big arms.

Because people get really big muscular arms by dieting constantly?
Yall are totally right what was I thinking. He should definitely keep bulking till he has 17" arms. Sorry.

Not exactly what is being said either, but dieting is not needed to do “damage control” in all cases.

That should be the advice. There are a thousand little rejects like this roaming around who have read articles talking about BF %. The problem is, they’ve had their buddy or some incompetent trainer use a caliper on them, stood on one of those ridiculous scales, or what have you. As a result, 95 out of 100 people have no idea what real BF % look like and thus thnk 20% is fat. In truth, almost everyone he knows and probrably himself is somewhere near 20%. 10% is really lean for a non-competitor and if someone is looking for more mass at 20% and does it correctly it is likely that they can add weight and slowly reducde BF levels at the same time. I’ve been doing it for almost a year solid.
I don’t like your arm pits, too hairy! Looks like you have buckwheat in a headlock…
Just kidding, nice work! You look pretty young so that’s even more impressive.
I know a guy who had 19 inch arms, but when he dropped his body fat they were probably more like 15.5…
only pic I have here at work, but this is me 8 lbs less and -.5" on the arms than now.
I’m in no rush to cut down, but it would be nice to get rid of some of the chub on the stomach
