what are your thoughts on stacking the two? i am thinking about taking the creatine AFTER i workout. i have some anavol, is there a better/another creatine i should use. is this stacking idea even a good one? should i stack 17-HD with something else?
a little bit of background on where i am starting at…i have take about 7 months off from lifting due to a shoulder/elbow injury. so i have lost a great deal of strength and want to get it back.
