the kid is obviously lieing about his lifts…he might even be lieing about being 16
the point is HES A KID…im sure everyone in here did really stupid things when they
were 16 (well maybe not as stupid and pointless as photoshoping pix on a ratemyphysique forum)
but the kid is obviously is into lifting or else he wouldn’t be on this site…

kid it’s great that ur into lifting keep eating consider taking a whey protein supplement…and u said that u have all these practices at school and my guess is
that you don’t eat right after lifting…take some whey protein put in a plastic bag take a shaker
to school with you and consume after practices, during lunch, and whenever u feel it is necessary…
you have an impressive physique for your age keep up the good work!!!
