Can SOMEONE tell me why when people post in RATE my PHYSIQUE , they cannot grasp the concept of a couple simple poses?? Front double Bi, standing relaxed , pics of the legs…is that so hard?
To the OP - I felt kindhearted today and gave you a 4/10. Yeah ,your ripped, and your lifts look good on paper, but post a real picture of yourself w/o the dark lighting and random dumbell…
Your also 120 lbs… your still young but that’s mighty lightweight. Oh, and Eat some damn food.

Give us some real poses, and do yourself a favor and just step out of the steroids forum now.

whats your vert?(just curious)-standing legitament, and best running? -only wondering because (guessing your an athelete posting your 40 time) and if your numbers are legit, you’ve got a sweet strength/weight ratio
Your ripped but you need to gain some more muscle. If those numbers are legit thats very good. And know that you will get flamed for that photo. Post photos with actual poses of the rest of your body. Your giving us chest, bi, abs, and shoulders.

Thats a link to the newspaper saying i got first in the 123 weight class about 2 weeks ago. Was my first time to ever max out so I only got a total of 755 for that asshole who doesnt think i can lift for shit.
My 40yd dash was hand timed but i went to a combine in Austin i ran a 4.52 on the lasers.
Don’t remember my vertical but it wasnt very good, i cant jump for shit.
