You qualified for states, but you then quit. now your going to regionals. your story/numbers/everything has more worn holes than a 3rd world prostitute.

those were the totals from my first meet. They were low bc id never been in a powerlifting meet and had to lift lighter bc they have different rules. I’m leaving for the regionals meet this friday. 200 on bench was my PR just in the weight room, not the lifts i got at the meet were i only totaled 755.
Im not a long distance runner, im a sprinter. I eat 4 meals a day plus Cytogainer 3 times a day.
My lifts arent actually really that great; im 3rd in the region right now with a total of 850 , but the 2 guys ahead of me totaled 1040 and 1180 but there both seniors.[/quote]
You’ve been here for a month. Do you honestly think everyone is as big a newb as you are?
Your lifts are bullshit. Your times are bullshit. Nothing personal, but kids like you come along all the time with inflated lifts. And why in the hell does all the kids think that a sub 5 second 40 is even believable? You are a little tiny white kid, with a capital little tiny and white.
Just tell the truth. What do you gain by inflating your numbers?

ok, so apparently no one told you but the only maxes that count for powerlifting are the ones you put up on the platform. Gym numbers don’t mean shit. Especially if you have to lift differently for different rules (whatever that means). If you’re training to compete in a powerlifting meet, train to the competition rules. If that means hips below knees in belt and wraps only, don’t train quarter squats in a 2-ply suit (just an exagerated example).
Quite frankly, I’m willing to believe the 755 total, assuming you are the kid in the article, and I have no reason to doubt that as I don’t know who the fuck he is. But as far as the other numbers go, I’m gonna have to call you out on them. Find a friend with a video camera and post em. Put up or shut up kid. If you can come up with some vids showing you doing those lifts, at those weights, I’ll gladly eat my words and be the first one to congratulate you for being a strong little mother fucker.
I don’t mean to be a dick, but you’re claiming a triple bodyweight deadlift. That’s quite an accomplishment. Hell, there’s a lot of guys on these boards who’ve been lifting since you were still on your ma’s titty and the majority have probably never pulled much more than twice they’re weight (shit, I hope that doesn’t sound like I’m calling out all of T-Nation).
Anyway, whatever your lifts kid, good luck at your next meet. Always good to see young guys enjoying lifting. Any ideas what you’re looking to open with in the lifts?
Keep stuffin food down that hole in your face and the size will come. Good luck.
You looked photoshopped into that squat picture to me. It’s like you have a border around your whole body.
If you want to gain size eat more, I don’t care how much you think you are eating it’s NOT ENOUGH. Please also do the bodybuilding/strength training community a favor and do not touch steroids till you are old enough to buy a drink at a bar at least.
IM CALLING TOTAL BULLSHIT ON ALL HIS LIFTS…look at his deadlifting pic. thats a 45lb with a 35lb plate. He has the same singlet on in both pics AND you can see he photoshopped out all evidence of plate weight in the squat pic and let me just say, they would use 100lb plates on the DEADLIFT platforms before squat.
Let me get this straight…You powerlift before school, then during the middle of the day when you have to be in class you say you have football…then you have track after school? Your 16, so I take it your a junior…how the hell do you play football when you weigh 120lbs?
You might want to stick to photoshopping for your hobby…nice job on reducing the size of the pic where your squatting…
nice detective work m0dd3r!
this thread is highly entertaining by the way
Wow. I just came upon this thread. Look at the squat picture, its so obviously photoshopped its ridiculous.
some of yall are stupid at meets you have to squat down and hold it below parallel until the judge tells you to come up and ten you hold it till they tell you to rack it, its a lot harder than just goin down to parallel then coming up.
my lifts qualifyed me for state but then i was failing a class so my parents made me quit, but im passing now so im goin to regionals this weekend in dripping springs.
go to this website its the top 10 for my region. right now im 8th but ive only lifted once. look at the guy whos first in my region yall still dont believe that ppl that weigh as much as me can total that much.
the guy whos first in the state right now for my weight class can probly lift more than a lot of the assholes who dont think i can lift.
and whoever said running under a 5 on a 40yd dash is a fucking retard.
and im a sophmore
i have to lift weights in the morning for powerlifting then i have athletics 4th period right before lunch and then after school i run track
my opening lifts are
300 squat
185 bench
350 dl
More food.
Any 120 pound sophomore who thinks anyone is going to believe a 4.4 40 is the retarded one.
I’m sitting here watching the NFL combines, and there are very few people breaking 4.5 - and these are some of the top athletes in the nation.
The best time so far is only a 4.28.
I’ll bet my house you can’t bust a 5 second 40.
No one cares about everyone else in your weight class. You are the one putting up fake numbers in some lame ass attempt to impress T-Nation.
If you can’t tell - just about everyone can smell your bullshit.

OK well we all want VIDEOS…no photoshop…and you still havent adressed the fact that they werent 45lb plates on the bar…
He said 4.4 was hand timed. With a laser (having played ball myself) that translates to a mid 4.5guy. I’d guess he’s a high 4.5…like 4.58, assuming he is indeed quick.
go to 123 weight class, region 2, division 1
Soo…when are you going to adress the fact that you photoshopped the squat photo?

You suck at Photoshop.
PS. Right Click + Open for bigger image.
PSS. You learn how to point out editing flaws when you go to a nerd school…

K i decided to follow the OP’s footsteps
Here’s me squatting 948lb. I deserve a 10 eh? thats why i posted in the “Rate my Physique” section with doctored pics.
Arent i swole?
I call troll.
