16 Years Old, 2 Years Training.

I’ve been training for about 2 years. I play football, wrestling, and i throw discus. I’m a lineman so that’s why i keep some body fat. I’ll be a junior and starting both ways. I’m also the strongest guy in my school.

height: 5’10"
wieght: 215-220
fat %- about 30%

bench- 315
squat- 365
dead- 345

edit - I’m giving this thread a bump because I’ll be posting an update soon. I’ve lost about 25 pounds of fat since this but I’ve also had surgery so there was a bit of muscle lost too, but not too much. Anyway, I think next time around will go much better.

front double biceps

back double bi

mm

quads

lat spread

You gotta do more bicepts, keep working and one day you might look as good as me

any chance we can get a vid of any of those lifts?

No…Stop giving advice!! You’ve been training for 3 yrs and he has been training for 2. He is 16yrs old and bigger than you…

I know that he is smart enough to figure out that you don’t train one day chest, legs and back and one day dedicated to biceps…

rolls eyes

you don’t have much of a physique at all really. Well, you do, but not one that can bench 315 and squad “about” 430. I’d also second for videos of these lifts. Maybe your figure is just deceiving though.
What is your diet and workout routine like?

ummm he looks to have more muscle then you just more fat too…People don’t like it when you go on someone else’s thread and brag.

I’m surprised people keep doing this to themselves. This is the most entertaining forum ever.

strongest in your school… wrestler and football player… how do you train all year long? ive tried lifting on top of wrestling and it didnt work very well… hahahaha

I wouldn’t use your experiences with training to help this guy
you two have very different body types

but if you are training in high school
i have one word that will be of great use:
casein

squat- about 430
dead- about 350

what you do isn’t called squatting.

get the fuck out.

haha nice

I deadlift more then you haha

Based on cyber-stats, you deadlift more than me, too.

Unfortunately, this is rate my PHYSIQUE, not rate my E-Stats.

Who cares if this kid’s numbers are inflated? At 15 I’m sure he inflated them some, Oh well. He’s in pretty good shape for 15 and being a football player, IMO.

Darin, were you being sarcastic about the above poster’s “bicep” comment, or serious? I mean, your hourglass is better too though.

Wait, is that a good thing?

I’m sure some guys will be into his child bearing hips. NTTAWWT.

I find your lifts highly unlikely.
yesterday i saw a youtube vid of a sixteen year old full squat 190 kilos.
He looked massive compared to you, and is trying to be an olympic lifter (so he trains everyday religously).

You play football, wrestle and manage to have time to lift really heavy (i.e squatting apparently more than him), it just doesn’t seem possible.

That said its highly possible that you are the strongest guy in your school, so congrats for that. If you do manage to post a vid of those lifts I will be VERY impressed, and will eat my words. You won’t get a high RMP score yet tho, but thats obvious to all…

Are you also one of the fattest in your school?

edit: this isn’t meant as an insult (much), but really you /may/ be that strong but it doesn’t mean shit in RMP if you can’t see the muscle
