you don’t have much of a physique at all really. Well, you do, but not one that can bench 315 and squad “about” 430. I’d also second for videos of these lifts. Maybe your figure is just deceiving though.
What is your diet and workout routine like?
i dont really have a strict diet. i try to eat high protein food and limit the unhealthy stuff but seeing as i have to eat what the parents make, it’s hard to be on a real diet.

strongest in your school… wrestler and football player… how do you train all year long? ive tried lifting on top of wrestling and it didnt work very well… hahahaha
actually i really don’t lift very much during wrestling. i tried it as well and had poor results. but i do lift during football light and pretty heavy during track.

I find your lifts highly unlikely.
yesterday i saw a youtube vid of a sixteen year old full squat 190 kilos.
He looked massive compared to you, and is trying to be an olympic lifter (so he trains everyday religously).
You play football, wrestle and manage to have time to lift really heavy (i.e squatting apparently more than him), it just doesn’t seem possible.
That said its highly possible that you are the strongest guy in your school, so congrats for that. If you do manage to post a vid of those lifts I will be VERY impressed, and will eat my words. You won’t get a high RMP score yet tho, but thats obvious to all…
the squat and deadlift numbers are based on those equations you find on bodybuilding.com and so forth. so i never actually did it, that’s why i said “about”. the squat numbers i used were 365 x 7 reps. and the deadlift 315 x 4 reps. checking again the deadlift should only be 340.

LOL. You just made yourself look incredibly stupid. A stupid equation that calculates what you should be lifting based on body weight is not the same as what you’re physically capable of doing. I hope you don’t go around your school claiming to be strongest by saying “according to the interwebz, I can squat 365 lbs and DL 315 lbs. So don’t fuck with me cuz I’ll whip yo’ ass with my assumed muscles!” Go do a do a 365 DL and 315 squat and let us know if that’s what you can do. Or, be realistic and tell us what you’re really able to do.

the equations are not based on bodyweight. they’re based on the number of reps you did with a lower weight if you’d read the post more carefully. i actually have squatted 365 for seven reps and actually have deadlifted 315 for 4 reps. so make like that retarded avatar of yours and suck one
Wow, what a crushing blow, you made fun of my avatar. That was very ‘16’ of you. Maybe you should work on writing comprehendible sentences, so those of us with intelligence can understand what your simpleton mind is trying to communicate. Have a good day.

Very tough talk sir. Do you have an RMP or some lift numbers to back it up? Or are you a keyboard warrior who has to rip on everyone else’s shit to exercise your need of self-righteousness that you can’t get in the real gym because you’re a joke?
Well… actually… yeah I do. I’m not a fatty like you that’s been training for a few years, but I’m certainly on my way to building healthy, muscular mass. Thanks for asking.
P.S. that wasn’t tough talk buddy, that was me trying to help you out from looking ignorant. I respect people a lot more when I can understand them, it has nothing to do with lift numbers, everyone is at their own levels. Maybe you shouldn’t take things so personal.

I won’t argue on that. I know I have a lot of fat. But as I said I’m an offensive lineman so I need to weigh enough and there’s no way I can put on another 10lbs. of muscle in the next week before the season to weigh enough and get my fat percentage down.
I suppose I’ll post another RMP during wrestling when I’ll be down to about 205-210 and that should go a lot better.

you need videos man. it’s just common knowledge that if you post dencent lift numbers and a not so decent physique your lifts will be questioned.
i’m going to try to get the vids tomorrow. i lift with the football team though and i don’t know if coach will allow it.

As a former 16 year old who thought those website equations actually worked…trust me, until you lift what they say you should be able to…you can’t. Everyone’s different. You look like you have some solid mass on you, so good job with that.
You are soft, so fucking what!!! you’re 15 years old and are carrying more mass than I would expect someone of your age to carry. That, and if your lifts are legit, you are on the right track. Don;t get discouraged by the rating or some of the comments…don;t make the mistake of dieting down or anything. At your age, you need to keep adding mass, ease up on sugary foods and junk. List a typical day’s diet for you, and we can help out.

i believe those numbers for sure. but thats about 90lbs difference… you should max one day and see how accurate those calculators are…
