Don’t get all pissy why don’t you include some links or some other studies or other info. It makes me curious but is it more effective? Maybe?, mayve with a drug that hits your system quick but with gear with an ester chain attached to it, it would be wiped away before it can really absorb with all the wiping and washing that comes with getting a tattoo

Short answers: all no

Now for the fun part:

The original story from August 7, 2008:

http://news.sky.com/story/624773/olympic-cheats-use-drug-tattoos

Read the article, it is short on substance (pun intended) as much of Sky News and parent News Corp offerings. The article is great example of yellow journalism designed to fool the lay person or the credulous educated. You’d be surprised at how much belief underlies doping methods rather than evidence. Cognitive dissonance is stronger than most give credit for.

Low dosing of testosterone/epitestosterone derived from animal rather than plant sources is a much cheaper and effective method of doping and has been used since before 2000. This takes care of the isotope problem. If you don’t know what this means, you have no place talking about performance enhancement.

Since then, gene doping has been used with varying levels of success. Generally speaking, by the time the public hears about something, it is a decade old. The newest forms of this target sub-cellular metabolic processes specific to the individual rather than global hormonal output. It does use DNA viruses as the vector, but the method of delivery seems irrelevant.

Regarding the quotes in the article about increasing the effectiveness of drugs, it is a farce. Steroid hormones are injected in an oil carrier to act as a depot for slow release. A more likely method for steroids is a cream or spray-based system not unlike what Biotest used to have before it became illegal - or the oral delivery systems. Peptide hormones are injected into subcutaneous fat. Putting anything into veins is a good way for it to disappear quick, but lessens effectiveness. The ‘tattoo’ method is for the gene doping, not other drugs.

I hear if you mainline, smoke, or snort supplements off a stripper’s ass it makes them 16X stronger. If you want it to last 16X longer, rub it on your dick. Also, tattooing on your forehead works better than elsewhere by a factor of 4792.

Now, I’ve said too much…

lol thank you for answering my question. I figured it wouldnt work with steroids but it was worth asking about.
