16:8 IF, How in the Hell?

Ok, so im fairly new to the IF protocls and diet “fad”.

I would like to start the 16 hour fasting, 8 hour eating, IF program…but my question is how?

Most of my workouts would be done around 8pm. So generally my first meal wouldnt be until 2 pm, then one before workout and one post…and then i fast until 2pm?

Can someone please help me plan this out? as well what would that do to my diet? Keep the carbs strictly pre/post workout, and have protein and fats during my first meal?

Bulking is way…way easier…

You eat for 8 hours.

You fast for 16 hours.

You decide the window. If it’s 12 till 8, then your first meal is at 12 and your last ends at 8.

take your “normal” day and condense it 8 hours.

Part of the point of one popular writer’s 16-8 protocol is to remove the ‘overthinking’ part of the equation.

However it fits best into your schedule and enables consistency, that’s it.
