155 5'9, Want to Take It to Next Level


I’ve been going gym regularly for around 2.5 to 3 years now with a few weeks off here and there. My gym is very basic but I make the most out of it when I go. My peak around 4 months ago was around 170 but since i’ve been doing long distance running as part of my lifestyle i’ve lost some of my weight (which probably for my physique a little more fat wouldn’t be that bad for me.)

I intend to take my training and diet to the ‘next level’ and commit myself. I believe I am around 12% body fat currently and my goal which I believe is realistic is to at the very least maintain this percentage but bring myself back up to around 175 pounds focusing on mainly my chest and abdominal area.

I will be putting together a diet and training routine very shortly to hopefully achieve these goals within a 3 month period? Images below is where I am at currently I apologise they aren’t the best.
