25 days out of prime meet on July 19th. As of today… As of today diet cleans up and gear increases as well as the addition of light cardio. I am sitting @ 229 5’6" 15% body fat. I would like to make 220 WITHOUT cutting water. So lets see. Goals for 600/350/600 are all still looking good to me right now.
Squat 505 for 3 belt only probably had 1 more in me would have been a hell of a grinder. Has me about 550 for a 1rm. Wrapped I should be good for 600 practically any week.
Bench 300 for 4 all Paused puts me at roughly 340 paused.
Adding in my Tren today to hopefully really tear some stuff up. Going with low Tren E and high Tren Ace for 25 days then dropping. Looking for a push in aggression if nothing else but should get a little leaner and usually a good strength push.

Taking me to 2750mg total of gear. I will not go higher than 3g for a very long time and this is only for 4 weeks then Tren both blends will be dropped and brought back in 25 days from meet in September.
I know man I’m trying its doing 10x better than before. I’m able to actually consistently train Bench for the first time in over year. For about 2 months now so its going just making me earn it. But it does suck at my current bench strength I need 700 squat and Pull to even almost qual for Rum all because my bench blows.
I hope man I can see it on the Squat with in say about a year but my pull is very lacking as well but imma give it hell I’ll pass out before I let go of that bar hahaha.
