Sides = My right ankle to 9 1/4this morn. This is going great now. The bloat during the day is almost down to nothing. I am returning to normal. No bad sides. Getting a great pick up from the 4ad and the pumps were great today. Also my sweat isn?t burning me anymore. You could still tap me like a keg and pour water out. I did the bundled up morning walk again and lost a couple gallons liquid. I think I will keep this up during the cycle. Just gets me going for the day, also by slamming a serving of surge beforehand I cant see it being catabolic at all, and it may limit some fat gain. I do think I will be uping k/cals to get the most out of this. I cit in the ac now and sweat. It just has me amped compared to before.
General bs.= Not much general bs. W/o was great. Pumps were good and long lasting. I am looking forward to the next 4 weeks. It may last a day or so long depends on when the trans totally runs out. Tomorrow day off, then start the whole cycle again. 4 on 1 off, on, off.
Just wanted to chime in with results one last time.
Today is day 9 and tonight will be the last time I will take a pill before I go to bed, so I can fully recover before I leave the country next week. Last monday I was 170lbs early morning and yesterday after my workout(probably not the best time to weigh) I was 177lbs. My stomach had grown but not too much. I will try this again when I get back next month for a 3week cycle and if all goes well I will bump up dosage to 20mg ed for a possible 3rd cycle in the end of July/early August.
To answer your question, I drink water all day. I drink 3-5 16oz bottles while I work out, 3-5 while I work at night, just as many when I drum, and water all troughout the day. Thanks for the concern, seriously and hope the new stack works out better for you.

General bs.= Didn?t sleep worth a damn due to family issues. So I did my sweaty walk at 3 am. Then ate and crashed again for an hr. Then woke up downed a shake applied the trans and 1 hr later hit the weights. Started out a little slow but once I hit my groove it was killer. It was actually better than last week. This due to me Knowing the weights needed so there was less dilly dally. So the w/o went faster with even less rest. Between movements. Great pump. Added in the iso holds on the last set as CT wrote about in this week issue. DAMN killer. I suggest these to anyone who enjoys pain and possible addition of size. WOW. Went up in weight or reps in everything except the bench which was my first excersize and was hard to get going. Recovery seems to be outstanding on this dose.
O.k. I want to go ahead and add this now. My workouts and this log will be disrupted from Friday through Sunday eve. I had a trip for Grad school pop up that I have to go on Friday eve. And wont be back till Sunday afternoon. I am not sure if I will have acces and it probably wont be to interesting anyway. This will allow me to get this w/o cycle laid out on better days though I will start again on Monday with this w/o how it is supposed to be. Which will give me Friday and Sunday off. GOOD DEAL. I have to strongly suggest getting a power rack from NY Barbell if you are looking to get a new power rack. This thing is the SH*#T. I think just the new ease of loading and unloading the bar led to much of the progress. The lat attachment is smooth, also. O.K. enough pimping. Well that?s four days straight on and I get tomorrow off. Rest and get a little fatter I guess. I am beginning to get used to the eaxtra BF I have to carry in an attempt to pack on some mass. General B.S.= Well once again a Kick a^% w/o. Most noticeably in the squats. I went up another 30lbs for the same reps and short rest periods. Bout killed me but I completed it. Everything else was on the positive side as far as more weight or reps as well.
O.K. on a more somber note. This Saturday I am going to end the cycle. While it is going great damn it. But I really need to. I have a trip in which I have to go deal with some family probs. That most likely wont let me give PCT the proper attention it deserves. So by ending this weekend I will have three good weeks to set in these gains and get myself on a good track to being regular again. I also would need to mix some more Trans up to finish out a 6th week. So it will be a 5 weeker instead and I will have more left for my next cycle when I get it planned. So After this Saturday I will go back to weekly updates. Hopefully I will shed this water and will be able to keep around 5-10lbs of LBM and most of all the strenght increases.

Cant really tell as far as gained mass with so much water weight. But hey we will see after a long wait. I will be doing PCT and keeping k/cals up and then depending on weight either some cutting or keep up a natural bulk for a while.
