General B.S.= Another great w/o. I really wish I was finishing this cycle, I really must stop though. It is a long game and I can run another down the road. Strength up once again pretty much all the way around. I am most pleased with my sqaut progression, in three weeks I went up 45lbs for the same 5x10 set with 1 min. rest. Sure some was adaption to the training but it couldn?t be all due to that.

I am looking forward to dropping this freaky A*& water weight. I would say atleast 15lbs of water. I feel like a pregnant woman. My hips, legs and ankles are bloated as hell. Everything else has some water not near like those spots though. It is like silly putty. I am interested to reveal if I have gained anything under this gelatin layer. LOL

I will get them up aftyer PCT. I am not planning on cutting down for a while. Figure I will stay on a more moderate bulk with no PH for a while. Oh and I am sure I gained fat also, but am in hopes of atleast 5 lbs of new LBM. That would be GREAT, to go along with the strength gain. Now I just have to concentrate on holding on to them.

General B.S.= Just to give one last daily update. I started PCT today. Changing to 5x5 type heavy/low volume for three weeks, then a mix of low volume and mod volume will be used. . Keeping intake up, actually increasing it for the first few days to help boost some T levels, before trying to shed any fat. I am interested to shed this water and see what is there, and try and keep as much strength and mass as I can. I will update as things arise. Probably weekly unless something interesting arises.

You went from 196 to 219, that’s pretty impressive. Make sure you post your results for the next couple of weeks. Your PCT looks solid, you should be able to keep the weight on. Keep us updated, I might have to give m1t a try.

It was actually 191 to 219. I will add though that it was not the M1T that gave me these results. I dropped that crap after about ten days, and switched to a 1-Test and 4AD transdermal for the remainder of the 5 weeks. This is when I started to see the good strength gains and such.

As far as PCT and keeping you all posted, I will. I will also say again there is a sh&^ pot of water I am holding. The strength gains were incredible, and size seems good right now, but I want to wait and see what I actually keep. I dont see the point in posting gains that might just melt away. I am going to do all I can to keep as much as I can.

So hopefully by two weeks out I will have shed this water ( I am guessing around 20lbs ) I will be happy if I gained and keep somewher in the 5-10 lb range when all is said and done.

heres my workout phil, similar to yours.

Monday: Chest and upper back
Tuesday: quads and ham’s
Wednesday: walking for 40mins, 3.4 mph at 8.0 incline
Thursday: bi’s tri’s and forearms
Friday: same as wednesday
Saturday: shoulders and traps
Sunday: same as wednesday and friday

Along with this im taking the protein drink surge and M1T ( starting them this week actually, does the M1T work well?)

No the M1T honestly, 4 me, was nothing but a wasted week and a half of terrible side effects with no returns. I think it is pure CRAP. But that is just me.

I didnt see any real progress till I dropped that poison and started the 4ad and 1-test trandermal. That is what I got the benefit from . I only wish I would have strted this cycle on them.

Some ppl however are reporting great gains off of that stuff though. I would just tell you to be very carefull and listen to your own body. A few lbs is not worth possible health risks.

Drink plenty of water and I would suggest some cranberry juice and cranberry extract for your kidneys, as well as liver supps. and high doses of anti. oxidants.

Hope it goes good and you get great gains with minimal side effects.

Just a quick little update a few days into PCT.

The strength increase is still here for sure and was not simply an effect of being on the PH.

One thing I will add is the recovery issue is out the freaking window. I got some serious DOMS from my w/o monday and it is still here.

Water bloat really hasnt gone down much yet. My face is a not as bloated but my legs and such are still carrying quite a bit.

Going good so far though. Loading up on the PCT supps., keeping k/cals up, raised fat intake, and have switched to a 5x5 routine of Pull/push/legs, with a day on day off routine. So every six days I hit the same body part again.

Heres to hoping I can keep some good size. Looks like the back/shoulder concentration I did helped so far.

Just a quick little update.

I wanted to say the training is going good. Heavy low rep. Much less volume. I am following CT’s outline for coming off cycle.

The thing I am really impressed about is that the boys are allready bouncing back hard, no pun intended. The multiple front attack with the various anti e’s, and Tribex is working. Along with the increased fat intake. I just cant beleive how fast they seem to be making it back to regular size.

Just got my Alpha Male as will so well see what that does.

I just hope to keep all this strength and apparant size. Still holding a Lot of water.

I have decided I am just going to keep bulking though. I am thinking I might just keep this higher k/cal level, and BF% of course and just run it for 6 months and see how much I can pack on worth of good mass. I have a bottle of Mag-10, as well as more 4AD and 1-test so I may add another cycle or two in there as well.

I have been concentrating on being lean all the damn time for so long it is time to carry a little fat and build some damn mass. Staying lean and trying to build up just doesnt work for me.

Now I am not going to allow my self to blow up like a freaking whale or anything . Just carry some higher %'s.

Well 1 week into PCT and everything is going great.

Weight is actually just about the same. I am carrying some fat, but hey I am bulking right. I will worry about cutting that later. I am just going to concentrate on gaining this mass and strenght for a while. As long as my jeans still fit I figure I am A.O.K…

Good thing is the strength that I gained is not only staying, but I has been increasing. I am following CT’s outline for keeping gains after a cycle. Eating big still, lowered the training volume, doing a pull/push/leg split. I changed it a bit. Instead of doing say M/W/F on then the weekend off. I simply kept going with one day off between each w/o.

I am also happy that I am no longer sporting a pair of peanuts. LOL. I was shut down pretty hard.

Thats about it for now.

Well I am glad to hear someone has got something out of this besides me.

Things have for the most part gone great. I followed CT’s plan for coming off cycle along with the Anti’e’s and Alpha Male and bounced back fast. Last week, week 3 of PCT, I went ahead and upped the volume feeling I am back to pretty much normal T-production again.

As of today I am @ 210lbs, up from 190 at the start. I am carrying a bit more fat then before I started, but I figured I would. It really isn’t that much, mainly around the waist line of course. For an estimate I would say I gained a good 10lbs of LBM. My shoulders and back seemingly got the most, as I had hoped. That is what I was really concentrating on. Then my legs coming in second.

The thing that relly impressed me is the strength gains. They skyroceted during the final 2 weeks of the cycle, and I have not only held on to every bit of that but made some minor progress during PCT. For instance my squat is up about 50lbs. I am very happy.

As far as pics and measurements, well those might have to wait. For one thing I just yesterday left town and am 16 hour away from home. I am visiting my mom helping out around here for 2 weeks. The other thing is the extra BF I am carrying. Well I might throw up a quick pic if I get one snapped while I am taking some of her.

The measurements, I dont have the originals with me so I cant compare. I will have to get those in a few weeks also. Last I checked chest was up over an inch and arms were up I think around an inch each, I cant remember on the legs.

But like I said the real story will come when I finally do cut back down to around the same BF%. Then I will see what I have actually gained. But all in all I am very happy with the results.

I do want to note one more thing. I am still having some health related isssues that came during the first week and a half while taking M1T (CRAP) before I dropped it. Well like I stated during those weeks I started storing water really weird, like my kidneys were not working properly. So I stopped the M1T and added in cranberry extract to ramp up the kidneys. After a week all was good. My foot and ankle didnt bloat anymore. Well I stayed with the cranberry until a week ago when the bottle ran out. Now, my right foot and anklke are doing the same thing again. I cant even fit it in my shoe by the night time, looks like Eddie Murphy in the Nutty Professor. I am going to go get more cranberry extract and see if that does it and if not/if it continues go see the doc. I have no other signs of illness though. Feel great.

Anyways I am rambling. All in all, very happy with the cycle. Estimate around 10lbs + of LBM. Mostly on back and legs. Strength increases through the roof. Held on to and even gained during PCT.

I am just going to keep running with this and bulk for a few more months atleast. I figure it is to late to cut down for this summer just for fall to hit. SO I am keeping the cals high, I am enjoying the size and strength increases. I will throw some pics and such as I get them.

10 lbs LBM !! That is great to hear, especially since your PCT went so well and you will probably get to keep it all.

Your strength gains cited are also very impressive. 50 lbs added to the squat is very worthy.

That Nutty Professor business sounds quite odd especially now since everything should have cleared your system.

I hope everything is going well with you and your Mom. Good luck with your foot/ankle and hopefully it will subside before you have to see a doc.

Sides = BLOAT, Well seems the good comes with the bad. I woke up and felt like I drank all night long, my damn liver (lower back) was aching. I immediately drank a gallon of water as fast as I could and made several trips to the john. Went away. Then on taking the morning 10mgs and the night 5mg I am receiving this so called constant pump feeling. Not painfull pumps or anything. Even using a pencil will cause your arm to feel tight. I gotta say though that it is pretty fishy that the liver pain and so called wonderfull pumps come together. I have to say I am less than impressed. This out of control bloating along with the potential toxicity aint worth it yet. I also doubled my liver supps and anti oxidants and even more damn liquids today just to be safe. I will say at this point you can receive better results without the probs. From a 4AD and 1-TEST stack. I am looking forward to Monday when I start that and possibly receive some good returns. Oh forgot to say seems the recovery issue has come also. I should have been one sore SOB today after that chest workout but not bad at all.

General B.S.= Work out was great. Once again kicked my butt. I couldn?t believe the damn bump and go deads for 4 sets 10-12 with one minute rest. Boy that was am eye opener. My lower back had massive pump for hrs after word. I felt like a fool for having to use them but I did use hooks for the first time on the deads. My grip would have never made it without them. The addition of the 4AD was a good pick me up. Hopefully it will give me some returns. I checked BP 1 hr after dose when I was feeling the pumps and figured it would be off the charts but not bad. So the only thing I am noticing is liver issues and this bloat which I really do think has to do with the liver and kidneys not processing fast enough to get the water out. If after tomorrow I am still feeling the liver issue in the AM I am considering dropping down to 10mg again for the last 2 days, and if I don?t receive something great in these last 3 days and then weeks 5 and 6 I will have to say this stuff is not worth it. It may be a option to stack at a low 5mg dose with other Ph?s for the added pump but I am not sure it is worth the danger.

You’re “liver was aching”?? lol. Go tell your doctor that your “liver hurts”, haha. Anyway, in all seriousness, if you are concerned or were concerned about your liver you should have had bloodwork done. Hepatoxicity is greatly overstated. If you do happen to get bloodwork done, make sure you have them check GGT levels. That is the true marker of hepatoxicity.

Thanks for asking, and Mom seems to be doing pretty good. It is nice being able to visit her and just hang out.

By the way I did sneak in a pic or two of my freshly fattened up physique in my other thread on my mom. I am not flexing or anything like in the befores, but it gives a very rough idea of what I look like now. Cant really tell much from the pics though.

On the other note. My foot. Well this is day three after adding the cranberry extract in again. Yesterday after one full day of it my foot was allready down about half what it was. Weird stuff.

Mike as far as the hepatoxicity and such. I am really begining to think that is not the liver that is causing the problems with ppl and M1T. I think you are right saying it is overrated.

I think it is more a kidney thing. The processing of water being slowed some how. This inturn leading to the liver and such not being hydrated enough, then you get pains from it. Much like alcohol. After a big bender, the next day you sometimes will have a ache in the area of the liver but is mainly do to the dehydration. And no I didnt drink while taking this stuff. I actually quit drinking about a year ago.

Anyway. Seems as though the Cranberry is taking effect. We’ll see.
