14 Yr Old Female 103Kg Clean & Jerk

Early teen girl from Britain, I believe she’s in the 63Kg class, with a competition best of 93Kg (Might be higher, but I don’t think she’s competed since then until this video was recorded).

Who saw this one coming?

Edit: After all this time I’ve only just realised that I forgot to mention this, but her name is Rebekah Tiler.

Yeah she’s hit 102 in competition I believe!

She’s going to give Zoe Smith a run for her money in the coming years for our best female lifter! Love the way she just walks up, grips and rips, reminds me of Ilya Ilin

Ah my mistake, I’m so glad we finally have female talent coming through Britain from such an early age, with only 18Kg separating her from Zoe’s Olympic C&J record, and with four years to spare no less, I can definitely see her becoming a huge game-changer in National competition.

I’ll definitely keep my eye out for her name in 2016.

Fuck it.

I’ll go ahead and just quit lifting now.

Dude! That’s off the chain!

what a beast

Zoe Smith is gonna have to step it up if she doesn’t want to get shown up in 2016.

what the fuck. this just incinerated any self confidence I had

Lol she must have a fun time squatting/deadlifting next to other men in a normal bodybuilding gym. Totally crushing their selfconfidence hahaha

That’s a really solid lift, hopefully she has many more years of progress ahead of her.

If you think that’s crazy, there’s always some internationally competitive female lifters you could look up to crush your self-esteem. Lifting more than every woman in the world is a lofty goal for most of us dudes.

Aside from the fact the top female lifters are on some form of PEDs, just like the men. IMO, as long as you’re progressing the numbers don’t really matter. Just get stronger, faster, bigger, whatever.

Well, if you’re competing and are at all serious about it, then the numbers do matter. It’s just a goal anyways, long term goals are good to have and you can set them in whatever way works best for you. I just happen to believe that if I continue training and try to at least somewhat get/keep my shit together, I should be able to lift more than any woman in the world someday, so it’s become one of those sideline, less meaningful goals I keep watch on out the corner of my eye.

And of course many of the top female lifters are on PEDs, doesn’t mean that I can’t strive to beat them sans drugs. Tatiana Kashirina, who holds the womens superheavy snatch record and all three junior womens superheavy records, got busted when she was 16, if I’m not mistaken. Just the reality of international competition in this sport.

well I think it’s more impressive to CJ 100kg, at the same time looking and sounding girly at age 14,
than lifting 175 CJ while looking and sounding like a man at age 16.

While I agree with you, that 175kg CJ will win medals, while the 100kg CJ will NOT!! This is something you have to consider with these lifters in other countries. It’s not about using the lifts to support other sports or lifting for fun (they don’t have any comprehension what that means “lift for fun” anyways), they lift to compete and win medals!!

That’s Rebekah Tiler. I watched her do a 106kg C&J 2 weekends ago, as well as a 81kg (I think) snatch.

I’d be amazed if she doesn’t overtake Zoe Smith in the next couple of years. She competed about 3-months ago as a 14yr old and broke all the British records in the snatch/c&j/total for the under 14’s, 16’s and 18’s. The bloke you can here is my old coach and and a bloody good lifter (3x British middleweight champ).

She’s going to be our (UK’s) best hope for a medal in years
