You could eat more than 5000 kcal per day. Also, don’t bother doing curls, pressdowns, flies, etc. Stick to the big lifts - squats, deadlifts, chins, rows, bench, dips. I wouldn’t recommend lifting really heavy at your age, though.
No photo?
There is no way you are eating 5000cal/day, unless it’s pure junk food.
…gave yourself a 10 I see…

One of the biggest advantages you have is that you’re young. Over the next few yrs your hormones are gonna start really kicking in and you will find it easier to add muscle.
It’s hard to wait I know, but it will be worth it. Stick with the basic lifts (presses, pulls etc), don’t go too heavy yet and by that I mean keep your reps up around the 8-12 range, eat LOTS of good nutritious food (chicken, fish, oats, veggies etc), play some sports, have fun and the muscles will come.
Good luck
Oh and hang around T-Nation, read the articles (esp Berardi on nutrition) and learn as much as poss, then you will be way ahead of many others your age.
How come people always lie or exaggerate about their calorie intake. 5000, no way!
You are obviously doing something wrong when you’re counting colories. Which I assume you do hence your claim.
Anyway you look good for your age.
i agree with ambi,
post your diet and training.

yeah i consume about 3500 to 4000 i was wrong toady i was counting it again it is not near 5000
Unless you have an extremely active lifestyle (i.e carry around a brown bear in a rucksack all day) I still doubt you’re getting 3500-4000 calories.
i play basketball practice two times on a day i also run 2 miles every day before school and always on the move never rest

If you’re asking how you can add mass, this is the answer.
If you want to add mass I’d suggest cutting down on the running, maybe even eliminating it. You just have to decide what’s more important to you, getting big or being in better shape for basketball.

Hey - piece of advice for you
You should track your diet on www.fitday.com
I VERY MUCH doubt you are eating 3000 calories a day, let alone 5000.
Track for a few days on fitday and then post up your diet - what you ate, how many calories, how much protein etc.
Then we can help steer you in the right direction
today i ate 2875 cal and yesterday i ate 3635 cal so avrage is 3255 cal per day
and almost half of it was fat
1/4 protein and 1/4 carbs
