12 Months On/Off Lifting, Crap Diet


I thought I’d throw my hat in the ring… here goes

If that’s really on/off training with a crap diet then either you’re one lucky man or you started off pretty good from previous sports etc.

Either way, big upper legs and arms, v taper. You must be pleased

if its not to much trouble, what is your weight, height, and lifts.

Edit: just checked your profile so I got your weight, it says you have been lifting for 4 years?

Weight: 90kg Height: 175cm 20% BF (would like to lean up a bit)

Lifts are all 4x6
Squat: 130kg Deads: 140kg Bench:120kg

I’ve been going to a commercial gym now for almost a year, before that it was just training at home and football. I’ve played club Rugby and League most of my life.

I’m currently trying to clean up my diet, I’m a shift working and eat a lot of fast food.

This photo is very flattering to my abs, (even though I could use a tan ha ha)
