First guy in the video is like 6’5 well over 200lbs so I would believe that… Jealous not really, slightly jealous nope… sorry man. I’m 27 not a quit a teenager… The guy cant do those weights plan and simple… If you were decent on judging someone on they’re size then you would agree with me doesn’t weight 190 in the left picture. I’m 179 and around his height and he looks way smaller in that picture then me. There’s a red flag right there that hes already lying about his weight… Im going to believe what I want to believe and say what I want to say…

I believe the 302 bent over row, seeing what people look like when they go heavy on that exercise. However that 257 overhead press, seems wrong. That puts his overhead press just over 90% of his bench, mine is 66% i think. What’s a normal standard there?

I think a good example of a guy that has a monster OHP is Reed (no one is questioning the legitimacy of his numbers). I think his OHP is at least 90 percent of his BP, because he’s mostly trained for strongman. There is no real norm, it depends on your training history. If you only overhead press and never bench (true for plenty of athletes) then your numbers will be skewed.
FTR, I have no real idea if the numbers are legit for this particular guy. My only real point was that you can look like him and be strong enough to perform these lifts.
True story my Bench sucks more dick than $10 whore after pay day compared to my overhead press. But its getting much closer since I have been really trying to bring up my Bench. But even with a 270lbs Bench I’m still using low 200’s (185-230) for strict presses and very high 200s (275-300) for push presses.
