Aloha Everyone.
Has been a long time since I posted on here. I am 3 days out from my next competition. This is my second time going into the Hawaii Push-Pull Championships.
I have been following programs from John Meadows and Christian Thibaudeau. Some crazy strength gains this past year and I can’t wait to see how this competition plays out for me.
In addition to the programs I have been on a regiment of Biotest/T-Nation supplements:
Indigo
MAG-10
Plazma
Finibars
GPC
Z12 - when needed
Flameout
I am actually going into this competition without having been on heavy doses of Prednisone, which is AWESOME. Last year because of my chronic HIVE condition (which was always worse right before competitions) I was on Prednisone 4 separate times.
I was the only female and lifter from my gym last year. Amazing to see how many (13) are going from my gym this year, including two other ladies. Super excited to see how well we all do.
More and more ladies are starting to lift in the gym. It’s awesome to see.
Let’s LIFT ladies and make SHIT happen.

Not this year, I’ve been away from competitions for quite some time. It’s nice to see them keeping Sonny’s tradition alive!

I set a new State record for Bench 226lbs. I was a hair short of a right elbow lockout for a new world record. Damn. November is right around the corner and I will be at Vegas.

I may or may not be at World’s this year. Gus has had me and my wife at 4 different World’s either to announce or work the scorer’s table. So, it is entirely up to him.
