INSANE, finally, now everyone will be doing it.
I wonder how many reps he could get 800 for?
That way I donā€™t need to remember that Ronnie Coleman video of him doubling 800.

How does 800lb for 12 sound?? Heā€™s just that strong.

Iā€™d like to show that video to everyone who thinks shitty form is a prereq for deadlifting heavy.

Nah bro that was just his 3rd deadlift. Like he coulda gone 900,950,1003.

I think he was going to open on 900. Which is just fucking nuts.

I know, his form was fantastic.

Holy crap! I knew he would hit it soon.

Does anybody know if he did the whole meet, or did he just do ā€œtokenā€ lifts in the squat and bench? Not that it isnā€™t impressive either way, I was just wondering.

One word - Awesome.

Thatā€™s what she said.

For anyone else that wants to see, here is a different vid of the lift, close up.

That last video is an awesome close up view, felt like i was in front row. I accually thought from this view he didnā€™t lock out completely, but the first view from the side shows he did. interesting seeing it from different views. I will no go tell everyone I see that a human being has deadlifted 1000+ pounds!

According to Powerlifting Watch he did a raw 551 squat and a 650 bench. For him I would guess that squat was a token - I hope so.
