100 Rep Challenge

I’m walking my house like a T-Rex for the past two days. This is the second time I’ve done the 100 rep challenge only because now I have full access to a prowler. 25lb plate raise for a 100 reps without dropping the plate-no problem, 100 rep barbell curl without dropping the bar-, sure, karwoski rows for a 100 reps-holy fack! I can’t even imagine doing 135lbs for 100 reps without even putting the weight down. I lasted 20 reps before having to put the weight down and scream like a little girl because my forearms were on fire. Oh yeah, I haven’t been able to wipe my ass correctly the past two days, thanks Jim!
