100/100 Routines...

Hey guys, I saw someone yesterday at the gym doing one of those 100/100 routines. I remember an old short article on t-mag about them… it’s like 100 bench presses & 100 chins… right? You rep until you can’t, then take a break until you can go again… do this til you get to 100. Seems a bit much to me, but do you guys ever do this? What do you think about it? -ryan

It’s actually not that bad when you look at the overall number of sets. Still, I wouldn’t do it every week. It’s a great change of pace if you’re getting bored in the gym.
