This young girl squatted 214.9 and deadlifted 209 in the 97 pound weight class. Unbelieveable, she has to be the strongest girl in the world

Laura Phelps would be the strongest girl in the world.
Girl is 10 brah…Laura phelps is a woman
That is awesome. She doesn’t even have a built-to-squat kind of body either.

x2, only because I thought the exact same thing that LM did, then reconsidered after thinking, “That’s probably kind of sexist and actually dumb considering age and weight classes exist.”
Anyway. Girl is strong. I see these kids and wonder who got them into it. Like if their parents are lifters or if they did it at school or what.

In the video the girl’s dad says he’s been powerlifting for 30 years, so she’s got a great teacher.
This girl is rediculously strong. It’s just fucking retarded. Very bright future.

It’s so rare to see it in a kid that age, that I think it must be the parents. Monkey see, monkey do.

by the time she’s as old as I am now, the squats will have built something beautiful, DAT ASS
She Does have an excessive forward lean but you do have to hive her credit for getting her hips down to parallel. I wonder if she will end up getting burnt out at a pretty young age. Not because of her technique, I’m sure it will continue to improve, but as a teenage girl will she want to continue to lift?

They’re squats… I think. it said squats while she was doing them, so it was either mislabeled, or she’s stronger squatting like that.

you sir are pure gold.
Is it just me or is that form absolutely horrendous? Despite the fact they were saying form is the most important thing and she needs to use good form. Yet she is a spinal injury in the making.
