I also looked it up, and it turns out itās probably not called a gorrilla press at all.
Basically, hang from a bar with one arm and do an overhead press with the other. I saw a few videos of people doing them recently, so i thought iād give them a go.
Useless exercise, but fun to play with.
Work for today:
3 hours climbing, mostly board climbing with the strong boys. Good to be back at it, itās been a long week.
Did do a couple of slab climbs, and found some pistol squats more difficult than iād like, so need to stsrt training legs again.
Work for today:
Lots of swings, lots of clean and presses, lots of playing around with Armour Building Complexes at various weights. I think double bells is the way to go, even at different weights.

Been doing a lot of prehab lately for my shoulders. Seem to have done some damage doing lots of kettlebell work without propwr warm ups, so trying to fix that.
Also, nearly forgot, got a quick climb in. Turned up, warmed up on some easy routes, session-flashed my moonboard project, flashed a couple of other benchmarked projects into the bargain, walked back out in 30mins. Not a bad day

Iāve been doing a lot of rehab stuff and climbing plenty. This is the first time iāve felt i could get all the way through a full workout of this program though

This felt significantly easier than previous sessions. Technique is still terrible, but improving.
Loving that, even when iām busy, this program is doable in 20mins, with 2 bells, in very limited space. It is pretty boring though.

3 hours climbing, lower back felt a bit dodgy on some of the twistier, tensioned climbs.
Session got cut short because my mate managed to rupture his Achilles so had to take him to A and E
50 pull ups this evening

He could have waited until the end of my session, is all iām saying.
Looks like it might not be a total rupture, luckily.

Climbed for about 3 hours, mostly moonboard style stuff until i ran out of skin
Tried day 4 of kettlebell program, lower back told me to go fuck myself. Back to prehabby stuff, i guess.

3 hours of tentative climbing, then some less tentative climbing. Back felt terrible by the end, but oddly much better a few hours later.
