Thats definitely on the radar, however i have done it before, whereas i’ve never consistently run armour building formula, so that’s more likely to be the next stop

At the climbing gym, so weights aren’t heavy enough for swings. Will also climb a few hours while here

I’m excited for you if you take this on. My Mrs is going through her second round of it, and it really just seems to be one of Dan’s perfect answers to the question of training.

I’m rereading it now, it looks really interesting and repeatable. I will probably have to invest in a second bell though.

A couple of hours on a Tension Board thats been installed near me. Went in with the aim of doing all the lowest graded climbs, but soon realised that was way too much volume. Think i did about 30 climbs in the end and my skin was definitely suffering.
