Iām excited for you if you take this on. My Mrs is going through her second round of it, and it really just seems to be one of Danās perfect answers to the question of training.
Iām rereading it now, it looks really interesting and repeatable. I will probably have to invest in a second bell though.

A couple of hours on a Tension Board thats been installed near me. Went in with the aim of doing all the lowest graded climbs, but soon realised that was way too much volume. Think i did about 30 climbs in the end and my skin was definitely suffering.
