2 hours (?) Climbing. Fairly physical stuff. Climbed terribly, and just overpowered everything

Was blasting through these with no interruptions, but the fatigue caught up towards the end.

Hard bouldering day. Spent most of my session on my project, which is a really optimistic and positive way of saying i fell off the same move in more or less identical ways about 30 times. Itās quite hard.
Work for today:
3 hours bouldering. Some physically hard stuff, some mentally hard stuff. Nearly fucked my back up, which was silly.
Giants 6s day:
9 rounds. Wanted 10, but wasnāt happening today. Its been a tough weekend so probably shouldnāt have expected much

Finished a meeting early, so got a couple of hours climbing in. Dry-fired off lots of stuff, turns out terrible skin in hot weather isnāt great for climbing? Who knew. Still climbed most of the things fairly quickly though.

Felt strong today, was flying through these.

2 houra hard bouldering, mostly on the moonboard. Managed to get a couple more benchmarks knocked out, but fingers where definitely feeling inflamed and struggling. Should probably take a week or so off to let them recover. Probably wonāt.

Was intending to leave and get some kettlebell work in, then one of my mates showed up and suggested a board session, and what could i do?

Could have done more, but had to constantly referee my kids bickering matches. Honestly, think its getting time to think about the next part of the program. This is becoming more of a cardio workout than anything.

Too easy. Even suffering from sunstroke, too easy. I want to get the 4s week EMOM before i move on, so will make a push over the next week to get there

3 hours bouldering. Some fairly physical stuff, but nothing crazy hard. Definitely noticing the effect of climbing with everyone worse than me, it definitely limits my climbing.

Thought i was on for 20, but the pump kicked in hard around set 12
Also forget to log a climbing/board session yesterday. Not a great one, was feeling weak.

3 hours hot, sweaty climbing. Annual comp day. Performed fine, i guess. Didnāt drop anything silly, but didnāt really get anything iām super excited about either.
