Thats it. Got caught in some massive traffic on the way to the gym, so ran out of time. May try to get some more work done tomorrow morning, if i think its worth it.
Weights felt stupid light though, combined the last couple of sets due to time and to push a bit closer to failure.

Climbed pretty badly, to be honest, but luckily the finger strength is still good enough to mostly get away with it. Also made some proper adult decisions and bailed on a couple of moves that felt sketchy. Donāt think the better half would approve of me reinjuring myself at the start of the summer holidays

Smashed around on some indoor boulders.
Ridiculously hot, which slowed me down a bit. My head is also definitely gone, I was using my ankle as an excuse to back out of any slightly sketchy moves near the top of the wall. Getting my head back is probably the low hanging fruit for my climbing right now.
