Very burly, difficult climbs again. Tried to take breaks on the smaller holds, but started to run out of skin on my fingers. Feeling pretty well cooked tonight.

Deadlift day (week 5)
Planned to do a full pull day but underestimated how long it takes me to warm up for deadlifts at silly o clock. Snuck in some curls on the way out so not a total waste.

5 x 5s @45kg on a 20mm edge
Regretted this almost as soon as I committed to it, skin on my fingers was sore

Morning run
@Cyrrex Theyāre essentially a 1 handed deadlift but using a small edge to lift. Iām more or less just grabbing my wood and edging as hard as i can.
More or less like that, but without the army boy cos play.

Early morning pull session, with some extra shoulder work thrown in. Really wanted a good session here, but it just didnāt quite happen. Solid session, but nothing special.
I love dropping in here. I dont know what arvos and Morrissey dancers are, but you guys are funny.
