Climbed some things

Not a bad day, but definitely missed some routes i should have climbed. Some of them because my triceps didn’t have the power after yesterday, which i’m fine with. One of them because my fingers weren’t strong enough, which i’m not ok with. Time to bring the finger training back, i think.

Climbed a bit, mostly projecting hard, overhanging stuff with some strong boys. Fairly clear today that my biceps are trash, and i probably should look to fix that.

Work for today:

Got up early and got a run in, then a few hours bouldering on the new cave set.

I’ve found it difficult over half term getting anything done that’s worth logging. Little man is taking a lot of attention right now.

Push day, with a few sets of pressing to warm up because the benches were all taken. This gym is busy in the early mornings.

First ever outdoor bouldering session. Most of the day out in the sun with friends, climbing some things. Great day, not sure i actually did anything physically difficult though.

Early morning push session in the gym. Might get a run in later
