Basic bench day this morning (W3 of cycle), felt pretty smooth for an early session on the strength sets but absolutely couldnā€™t get a pump.

Went for a run this arvo. Was shit, hated it.

Incline bench
Some sort of lateral raise
Triceps work
Biceps work if i havenā€™t done them the day before

Feeling a bit more like myself, but still quite heavy. Probably because iā€™m quite heavy.

Iā€™ve got a date with the iron booked for tonorrow morning. I say iron, its mostly bumper plates at my gym. Assuming my little girl stops throwing up.
