Basic bench day this morning (W3 of cycle), felt pretty smooth for an early session on the strength sets but absolutely couldnāt get a pump.
Went for a run this arvo. Was shit, hated it.
Climbing some things today. Went fairly hard until it was time to leave for work stuff.

Feeling a bit more like myself, but still quite heavy. Probably because iām quite heavy.
