Pretty much the only pace i have at the minute mate. Got a few more bombshells delivered yesterday which is going to make life very, verybinteresting for the next few months. āMay you live in interesting timesā

Its pretty seriously bad news that iām choosing to paint as good news. Or an opportunity for good news at least.

We got a letter through from our landlords this morning saying that they want to sell the flat we live in, so we have to be out in 2 months. Which is a slight problem because there is currently zero properties available in our target area.
At best, that means a lot of disruption over the next few months until we get somewhere awesome. Still early days, so weāre assessing our options.

Well now I can make the joke I was going to make a couple days ago: just drop everything and move your ass to Ecuador or something.
But damn, that does indeed suck. Hope it works out.

Iām kind of relieved because my mind immediately drifted to cancer diagnosis for some reason (maybe because I work in oncology and itās so omnipresent these days).
That said, those news suck bad enough man! Sorry to hear about it. Stressful times ahead indeed. Is there any way to get an extension on the two months?

If i didnāt have a SO and two kids to look after, you better believe iād be using it as an excuse to go have an adventure somewhere. But with 3 little people to look after, i sadly have to do my best impression of a responsible adult.
