A long time back I managed 100 in 5:59. One every 3 seconds. That was tough.
Iād be lucky to manage all in 10:00 these days.
I might start with 10 every min for 5 mins. And increase from there.
Eghgh. Can you sub cleanandpress for burpees?

@ChongLordUno Iām trying to get my pace set for now.
A start, which you can definitely achieve now, is:
10 rounds. 10 reps per round. C&p 95lb.
Rounds are every 2 minutes, so in 20 minutes youāre done.
But you would end up adding burpees to that and weāre right back where we started!

Still not good at pace setting. These are harder than expected.
I will start mixing things up further down the line, but for now burpees do the job as a no training āforfeitā
Clean and press is awesome for this though. 21-15-9 with āsomethingā inbetween is absolutely brutal for everything, grip included.

Notes:
- Quick morning session. Press topset was harder than anticipated but still went up. Neck pain was awful today, nearly called it after the 50kg set.
Any idea whatās going on here? Neck pain has persisted for a while. Injury? Chronic stress? Hows your sleep?
Could easily be stress. Iām inclined to think itās more physiological though. It can usually be eased up by stretching and loosening but not so much joy recently.

50 burpees inbetween looking after kids
Then:
1 pump burpee
2 pump burpee

Just to pump the chest up a bit. Kinda worked as planned. Not great as a Cardio hit, but good for getting blood flowing to the chest.
