Itās been half term and my parents have been down, so time out in the garage is rare. Donāt worry, I havenāt gone completely insane.

- No plan going in to this at all. Feeling very uninspired by barbell work at the minute, although Press is feeling strong as fuck. Probably need a more structured plan for this to keep it ticking over.

Thats more or less how Iām doing them. They suck every night, but it takes so little time, I canāt see a good reason not to do them.
Some exercises are like that. They suck. But they work. So your reason for doing them becomes one of not wanting it enough.

Iāll probably dial it up to 100 at some point, but Iām in no rush and I probably wonāt do it often. More likely to do more pumps or go to navy seals or the like. Iām quite interested in seeing what extra push up volume can do for my Press. A wise man once told me itās helpful.
I think I see what you did there. I am just trying to get to three days in a week where I burpee. Trying to add 10 each time. I should have done 80 tonight but as sore AF from yesterdayās session. Iāll do some more at the weekend along with some more sandbag work. I hate to say it but it does feel good to work on my conditioning a bit more.

Iāve been in reasonable shape, Cardio-wise, for maybe 1 year total in my entire adult life, so I figure Iāve got a lot of catching up today. Coincidentally, I was probably happier and had more energy that year than almost any other time in my adult life too.
