People underestimate animals. I doubt a goose can break your arm but a thirty pound swan will.
Maybe if you stood still and just let it fuck with you but I don’t see how anyone would lose to a goose or a swan.
You must not have much interaction with swans, I have seen them easily knock a person off a PWC. For some reason boats don’t seem to bother them but PWC piss them right off. Fishermen are the same way.

No I don’t but no one fucking swan is going take me out or break my bones.

Okay.

Birds are not to be fucked with. The cassowary, Australia’s answer to the ostrich, is one of the most dangerous beasties on the continent. With T-Rex-like feet on muscular legs, this ugly fucker is perfectly capable of breaking your spine with a solid kick, or gutting you like a trout with its five-inch scimitar talons.

They’ll usually run away if they see you first (just like a bear), but God help you if you insist on fucking with one.

Hey csulli: they’re only about 130 pounds. Wanna give it a go? Naked in a handball court?

Geese too.
Hey Push, you getting the impression that most of the people who think it’d be easy to a kill wild animal naked and unarmed maybe haven’t spent a lot of time around wild animals?

I had 2 swans in my favorite fishing lake on my property. They kept attacking the shit out of me when I tried to fish. And scaring away all the fish. I took my little guy out there to fish and they went after him. That was the last straw. My 338 lapua and I made 2 swans explode.

They don’t like golf carts either. One got all over me before I could kick it off. Mean bastard.

I have heard of them blowing out dogs eardrums from the percussion of their wings. Breaking bones seems a little extreme for a goose or a swan.

I will cordially invite PETA out to my property and show them how I take care of business as I eat meat in front of them and shoot things.

In my neck of the woods, PETA knows better than to step on my property uninvited.

Former Senator Mike Gunn after killing some goslings in his yard, “I ran afoul of the law, and laid a huge egg and have received a gaggle of problems as a result, I am just glad this wild goose chase is behind us now,”

Ahhh living the dream.

All right, for everyone who thinks it would be no big deal to fight and kill a great white shark, the largest and most highly evolved marine predator on the planet, which can weigh upwards of 5000 pounds, how about an even easier adversary: this one should be a cinch. Only four thousand pounds, and a complete vegetarian.

Yes, of course I am referring to the hippopotamus. The deadliest mammal in Africa. With teeth as long as your forearm, skin like a truck tire, a tiny brain protected by a massive skull, and absolutely no fear of human beings, the hippo can bite you in half or swallow you whole, depending on how badly you pissed him off.

But hey, I’m sure defeating a hippo would be no sweat for a couple of real T-Men like what we have on this thread.

Who, after the hippo is belly-up, would likely give each other high-fives, pop a few beers, and go take on a herd of African buffalo.

Anyone who thinks they could take a great white, or a hippo, is fucking nuts. Also that aussie bird looks like a badass and I certainly wouldn’t tango with it without a gun.

I had a turkey cut me up good enough once to be wary of a bigger meaner turkey (cassowary)
